Restart.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Restart your computer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Sign out and then sign in<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click Cancel and close this message<\/li>\n<li>On the iCloud Control Panel, click Sign Out<\/li>\n<li>And then sign in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0Calendar, Contacts, and Reminders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you see this error message when you attempt to sync your Calendar, Contacts and Reminders. Then try these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Exit Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Launch iCloud for Windows<\/li>\n<li>Unselect the Mail, Contacts, Calendars &amp; Tasks checkbox and click the Apply button. Remove and reinstall<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Follow the steps below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the iCloud for Windows control panel<\/li>\n<li>Uncheck everything (Mail, Contacts, and Calendars)<\/li>\n<li>Then log out<\/li>\n<li>Uninstall iCloud for Windows<\/li>\n<li>Reinstall iCloud for Windows (<a href=\"https:\/\/support.apple.com\/en-us\/HT204283\">you can download from Apple<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Login<\/li>\n<li>And check Mail, Contacts, Calendars<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>5. Delete all contacts\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are still experiencing this problem when you attempt to sync your contacts, try this tip. Before proceed, however, you may want to backup your contacts. Here is how:<\/p>\n<p>A. Create a backup:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click File &gt; Open &amp; Export &gt; Import\/Export.<\/li>\n<li>Click Export to a file and then select Outlook Data File (.pst)<\/li>\n<li>Click Next and select\u00a0Contacts<\/li>\n<li>Save the file<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>B. Delete all contacts:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Click the users icon (bottom of the page)<\/li>\n<li>Select All Contact (left pane)<\/li>\n<li>Select Delete<\/li>\n<li>Close Outlook and open iCloud for Windows<\/li>\n<li>Select the boxes Mail, Contacts, and Calendars<\/li>\n<li>Then click Apply.
