Unblocking people involves removing them from the Blocked Contacts list. In this article, we will use a Mac that is logged in with the same Apple ID as your iPhone or iPad so that our changes take effect on all devices. Here is how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Open Messages<\/strong> or FaceTime <\/strong>on your Mac. For the purpose of this article, I will use Messages. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click Messages<\/strong> and Settings<\/strong>, or alternatively click the Command<\/strong> and ‘,<\/strong>‘ keys together. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

- Click the iMessage <\/strong>tab on the Settings screen. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

- Ensure that the Enable Messages in iCloud<\/strong> box is checked, and then click the Blocked<\/strong> tab. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

- You will see all of your blocked contacts. Using your mouse or pointer, select the item at the very top to highlight it. Now move your pointer over the Delete<\/strong> (-)<\/strong> button and then keep pressing the trackpad or mouse to delete the items. Deleting a lot of items can be done quickly. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

<\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\nNow you are done. Since they are all signed in with the same Apple ID, the changes will sync to your iPhone and iPad. This means that unblocked items will also be removed from the Blocked Contact list on your iPhone and iPad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
